Subscription & Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

1.Subscription Packages<\/h4>\n

The platform massageingreece.com<\/strong> offers three main subscription plans for professionals:<\/p>\n

Free:<\/strong> Basic, free presence on the platform with limited features.
Premium:<\/strong> Enhanced visibility and additional promotional tools for independent professionals.
Spa & Studios:<\/strong> Advanced visibility designed for businesses, studios, and spas.<\/p>\n

For the Premium and Spa & Studios subscription plans, the following free trial periods apply:<\/p>\n

For registrations up to February 28, 2026:<\/strong>
A 3-month free trial<\/strong> of the selected plan is provided.<\/p>\n

For registrations from March 1, 2026 onwards:<\/strong>
A 1-month free trial<\/strong> of the selected plan is provided.<\/p>\n

During the free trial period:<\/p>\n

\u2013 There is no financial obligation.
\u2013 The professional may cancel or revert to the Free plan at any time, without charges.<\/p>\n

After the free trial ends, continued visibility with the Premium or Spa & Studios benefits requires an active paid subscription.<\/p>\n

The pricing, benefits, and duration of each plan are listed in detail on the professional signup page and may be updated without prior notice.<\/p>\n

Activation of plan features occurs immediately or within 24 hours after payment confirmation.<\/p>\n

2. Payments<\/h4>\n

All subscription payments are made electronically through secure methods:<\/p>\n

a) Bank transfer to one of the professional accounts:<\/strong><\/p>\n

i. National Bank of Greece \u2013 IBAN:

ii. Piraeus Bank \u2013 IBAN:

b) Transfer via the IRIS banking system<\/strong> (to Tax ID \/ AFM: 102502778<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

c) Debit\/Credit card<\/strong> (via the secure Stripe payment environment)<\/p>\n

d) PayPal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Activation of the paid subscription takes place after payment confirmation.<\/p>\n

Invoices or payment receipts are sent electronically to the professional within 48 hours of purchasing a plan.<\/p>\n

3. Subscription Duration and Renewal<\/h4>\n

The duration and renewal terms of each subscription are displayed on the plan details page and during the purchase process.<\/p>\n

After the free trial period ends:<\/p>\n

\u2013 The professional may choose to activate a paid subscription to any available plan.
\u2013 If no payment is made, the additional visibility provided by the Premium or Spa & Studios plan will end, and the profile may revert to a basic\/limited presence (Free).<\/p>\n

4. Subscription Cancellation<\/h4>\n

The user may cancel their subscription at any time by sending written notice via email to:
info@fmoras.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

If cancellation occurs within the free trial period, there is no charge.<\/p>\n

If cancellation occurs after the start of the paid period, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund is issued for the unused portion.<\/p>\n

The platform provides a free trial period so that each professional has sufficient time to evaluate the service and decide whether they wish to continue with a paid subscription.
For this reason, no refunds<\/strong> are issued.<\/p>\n

5. Account Removal or Suspension<\/h4>\n

The platform reserves the right to suspend or remove any profile if a violation of the Terms of Use or misuse of the services is identified.<\/p>\n

In such cases:<\/p>\n

\u2013 No subscription fees are refunded.
\u2013 The user may request clarification regarding the reason for removal.<\/p>\n
