Subscription & Cancellation Policy
1.Subscription Packages
The platform massageingreece.com offers three main subscription plans for professionals:
Free: Basic, free presence on the platform with limited features.
Premium: Enhanced visibility and additional promotional tools for independent professionals.
Spa & Studios: Advanced visibility designed for businesses, studios, and spas.
For the Premium and Spa & Studios subscription plans, the following free trial periods apply:
For registrations up to February 28, 2026:
A 3-month free trial of the selected plan is provided.
For registrations from March 1, 2026 onwards:
A 1-month free trial of the selected plan is provided.
During the free trial period:
– There is no financial obligation.
– The professional may cancel or revert to the Free plan at any time, without charges.
After the free trial ends, continued visibility with the Premium or Spa & Studios benefits requires an active paid subscription.
The pricing, benefits, and duration of each plan are listed in detail on the professional signup page and may be updated without prior notice.
Activation of plan features occurs immediately or within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
2. Payments
All subscription payments are made electronically through secure methods:
a) Bank transfer to one of the professional accounts:

b) Transfer via the IRIS banking system (to Tax ID / AFM: 102502778)

Activation of the paid subscription takes place after payment confirmation.
Invoices or payment receipts are sent electronically to the professional within 48 hours of purchasing a plan.
3. Subscription Duration and Renewal
The duration and renewal terms of each subscription are displayed on the plan details page and during the purchase process.
After the free trial period ends:
– The professional may choose to activate a paid subscription to any available plan.
– If no payment is made, the additional visibility provided by the Premium or Spa & Studios plan will end, and the profile may revert to a basic/limited presence (Free).
4. Subscription Cancellation
The user may cancel their subscription at any time by sending written notice via email to:
info@fmoras.com
If cancellation occurs within the free trial period, there is no charge.
If cancellation occurs after the start of the paid period, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund is issued for the unused portion.
The platform provides a free trial period so that each professional has sufficient time to evaluate the service and decide whether they wish to continue with a paid subscription.
For this reason, no refunds are issued.
5. Account Removal or Suspension
The platform reserves the right to suspend or remove any profile if a violation of the Terms of Use or misuse of the services is identified.
In such cases:
– No subscription fees are refunded.
– The user may request clarification regarding the reason for removal.
